Inghetata din zmeura si iaurt

Ingrediente:

• 1 banana
• 100g zmeura congelata
• 100g iaurt
• lime

Preparare:

In vasul unui robotel de bucatarie punem banana,zmeura congelata,iaurtul si 1/2 din sucul de lime,mixam pana se omogenizeaza totul.

Putem servi imediat sau se poate pune si la congelator pentru o consistenta mai tare.
